Inside, guests can admire the original vaulted stone ceilings and relax in the airy, open plan rooms filled with natural light. Stone flooring and walls keep the interior cool even through the heat of Italian summer days, while white paint and lightly colored furniture create a peaceful atmosphere full of brightness. The house has air conditioning and a state-of-the-art audio and visual system, with four bikes also provided to explore the area. The upper floor offers beautiful views over the surrounding valleys and the neighboring town of Grottaglie. Outdoors, guests can find a large swimming pool, a covered patio area, and a sunny courtyard. Natural features have been carefully maintained by generations over the years: 85-acres of vineyards, olive groves, fig, pear, pomegranate, and almond trees, along with lavender and organic vegetable gardens. The property also produces its own organic olive oil, soon to be available online.
