A Tabletop Fireplace for Dining Al Fresco: The Fire Vase by Martin Azua

New from Barcelona-based designer Martín Azúa and ceramist Marc Vidal, the Fire Vase is made of clay, like the ceramic funnel of Azúa’s innovative flower pot design. The earthy design functions as a “tabletop fireplace” and looks like a small version of a traditional wood stove. Intended for outdoor dining, the Fire Vase brings natural warmth and light to dinners on the terrace. The design displays and burns twigs, so it is ruggedly handsome and easy to use. Handmade by Azúa and Vidal, each vase is numbered and signed. The Fire Vase is available online in two sizes, respectively priced at 260€ and 420€.
