Adidas Sneaker Exchange Series sees the sportswear giant partner with two brands to create footwear in limited editions. For 2017, UK-based END. and Boston’s Bodega collaborated on two sneaker models that pay homage to both adidas’ past and to its current design era. A classic from the ‘70s, Haven comes in a suede version, while the Iniki integrates the new Boost technology. Both models boast eye-catching patchwork details on the stripes or upper.

Influences include the Japanese Boro denim as well as the Sashiko stitching technique. The result? A great blend of tradition and modern design. Versatile and urban-chic, the limited-edition styles will surely please not only fans of the three brands, but also collectors. You can find the pre-release sneakers from July 1 in both END. and Bodega stores. They launch through adidas Consortium accounts on July 8. Photography© adidas.
