Experimenting with the ideas of physical, visual and scientific boundaries, photographer Alexander Kent surprises and dazzles the complexities of the mind with his unique photographs. Shooting modern still life in his Bethnal Green studio of East London, Kent uses the process of experimentation to enter a realm of discovery using objects he likes and then thinks of a beautiful visual trick to make an image stand out. Even though the path of his projects is often accidental, it results in a wonderfully astonishing image of both imagination and reality.
