“Alienation” by Graziano Panfili

This series is called “Alienation” by Italian photographer Graziano Panfili. The photographs feature average people whose facial expressions seem to communicate boredom. Flashy colors set an ordinary stage at the workplace, the daily routine at home, a lonely motel stop. Wearing a space suit, they are geared up for going somewhere else, anywhere else. It is dedicated to people who still dream, for those with the hope of changing the monotony in their lives. For them, it means to spread their wings, expand their horizons, express a fuller version of who they know they have always wanted to be. If you had a magic space suit, where would you go?
