Collaboratively designed by Earnest Studio and Dana Cannam Design, “All of a Piece” is a modular, multifunctional tabletop accessory that can be used throughout the day. The set includes four pieces made of granite, marble, and wood—a flat tray, a shallow bowl, a candleholder, and an end cap—as well as an LED element. Inside each component, there are magnets which allow for “All of a Piece” to be seamlessly connected or easily detached and rearranged. The system can be made into a catch-all, a desk organizer, a serving board, and a reading light, among other possibilities, transitioning from dining to work to play as needed. The design is now available at Mint in London, Tomorrow-Licious in Munich, and Paul Smith in New York and Los Angeles.
