A Beautifully Restored Land Rover Series 3

Vintage cars always have good stories to tell, but none are more fascinating than those imbued in off-road vehicles that have been driven through countless adventures. One of the most popular off-road cars and adventure vehicles in the world, the Land Rover was first launched at the Amsterdam Motor Show in 1948 and by 1976 over one million had been made. The original 4×4 vehicles were part of the Land Rover series, produced from 1948 to 1985, and their design was partly inspired by the first civilian Jeep cars. This 1982 model has been repaired and restored by the retired chief mechanic of a Land Rover assembly plant and it’s currently available to buy on Cool & Vintage. The car is in fantastic condition and features enhancements like overdrive and power steering, to bring more thrill to off-road exploring. The engine is 2285cc and is paired with a 4 speed gearbox. In terms of appearance, the car maintains its original character intact and gains a stylish allure thanks to the blue and silver gray color combination, contrasted by black accents. One thing is certain: this Land Rover’s adventure days are far from being over. Images courtesy of Cool & Vintage.
