Building a better cardboard box, the Mengoni brothers rethink a traditionally disposable medium. Kubedesign, inspired by their father’s packaging company, uses cardboard and its best features—lightness, flexibility, sustainability—to construct lasting home furnishings. Roberto Giacomucci lends his design talents to the project, providing structural blueprints for strong armchairs, stools, bookshelves, and desks.
