Design studio Yuval Tal of Tel Aviv eliminates the need for traditional construction materials with their line of tables, “Chopped.” The tables, available in three sizes, are made up of beech wood dowels wrapped contained by a single metal ring. The resulting surface is stable and colorful—the lacquered spots of grey, green, or orange were inspired by a color vision deficiency test.
