Pinhole Coffee

A new craft coffee shop in San Francisco, Pinhole Coffee draws inspiration from pinhole photography and, more generally, from the idea of making something big from something small. Founded by JoEllen Depakakibo, a former Blue Bottle barista, Pinhole Coffee uses Blue Bottle coffee, skilled brewing technique, and excellent design to deliver an all-around standout cafe experience. Depakakibo specially partnered with Monarch Methods of Toronto to design a unique kettle and drip bar. The brewing essentials were handmade from materials such as copper and cherry wood. The finished pieces are sharp yet warm, inviting smart thinking and reflection in the comfort of a neighborhood cafe.
