Dust London

Founded by Michael McManus and Matthew Grant, Dust London is a collaborative design studio based in London. The two founders have backgrounds in art and architecture, which influence their creative approach to product design. Dust London’s first collection puts an emphasis on sustainable design. Made from tea waste through a specially developed process and traditional origami techniques, the studio’s home accessories are as eco-friendly as they are beautiful. The sculptural objects feature geometric shapes that showcase the organic textures and colors of various types of tea. The two designers launched their first collection trough a successful crowdfunding campaign. In 2019, the range will also be available in the Tate Modern shop.
