Danish Hipsters Remade in LEGOs, Beards and All

The Danish company LEGO recently debuted this collection of toys remaking the local hipster scene in plastic. As the release coincides with the start of Copenhagan Fashion Week 2015, the designs focus on style. The haute-couture LEGO characters are represented with the gamut of hipster signifiers, from well-groomed beards and handlebar mustaches to bangs and bleach-blond hair. The figures rock monochrome basics, black leather moto gear, trim blazers, and Texas tuxedos, as well as headphones and glasses for which their real-life counterparts may or may not need a prescription. To round it all out, the miniature people are accessorized with colorful bikes, fixed-gear of course.
