David Adjaye Washington Collection for Knoll

An irresistible, curvaceous chair balances itself around a rhythmic motion frozen into a state of sculpture meets furniture with legs tucked in, bucket reaching out. The Washington Skeleton? is made of aluminum grabbing our attention with its lattice body whose inverted lines bloom from the base and extend to the backrest. A bit more modest, the Washington Skin features ? solid nylon in an array of colorful options, offering an inverted take on the previous design.
Likewise, the Washington Corona? Coffee Table makes a glamorous statement with its polished bronze detail beneath a glass table top, sleek and sexy.
David Adjaye is recognized as a leading architect for his generation, born in Tanzania, holding his associate offices all over the world in London, Berlin, New York and Accra, with projects in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. This collection will be presented in an installation from October 1st thru 31st at the Knoll Shop on 1330 Avenue of the Americas, NYC.
