Screaming into the dead of night the Devil Horse maintains his fight on all fours. The creature cake with fresh wounds unleashes a delicious side to gore. Feed The Beast 2013 (a pop-up cake shop in London UK) displays edible arrangements for a spooky evening of eats and drinks like this red velvet thriller by Tattooed Bakers. Over 200 hours of details went into what all our blood thirsty mouths water for…the bone protruding out the leg, tendons ripped open, flesh collecting below his belly on the ground. And yet it’s the steady stream of Kraken Rum pouring out the nostrils that beckons to minglers with their mouths wide open. Wonder why. Oh yeah, because that’s killer awesome!

Allison Parker is a proud stay at home mom maintaining a full schedule kissing boo boos and passing out hugs just because. Her days many times are spent between the garden and the kitchen. From a journey of learning whole food eating habits, she’s taken on the challenges of baking bread, muffins and cakes from scratch and filling the cellar shelves with scores of her own canned goods each year. Writing is one of those things she does because its part of who she is. That and it’s a nice break from the never ending work that comes with raising a family.
