The Property Photographer is a UK‑based photographer and filmmaker focused on interiors, architecture, and hospitality. Since launching the studio in 2014, the practice has worked across the UK and internationally with interior designers, architects, hotels, travel companies, and lifestyle brands.
Work starts with a reading of light and circulation, followed by a tight shot plan that captures the whole, the detail, and the way a space is used. Deliverables are built as coherent sets—print‑ready stills plus short motion pieces for web and social—so clients can communicate clearly across channels. The images favor honest materials, clean lines, and measured pacing; the films mirror that approach with restrained movement and emphasis on atmosphere.
Alongside commissioned projects, the studio shares work to a broad audience (around 7M monthly reach across social platforms) and provides an up‑to‑date press kit on request. Based in the UK, the calendar is split between shoots, editing, and location scouting.
