The Elegant And Functional Evolution Range By Alain Gilles

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of France and Europe, the Evolution Range by Alain Gilles reimagines classic kitchen tools and tableware in a creative and ingenious way. The refined designs blend function and form while celebrating both tradition and modern design. It’s the first collection launched by new French brand Evolution. Founded by Vincent Le Guern, the company aims to bring a fresh aesthetic into the modern kitchen by creating products that pay homage to the past via functional, innovative and timeless design.

The Evolution Range includes four products, all boasting elegant lines and ingenious features. The cake stand comes with a ceramic plate that has convenient indentations and with a base that also doubles as a sauce or custard bowl. Based on a traditional design, the cooking thermometer refreshes the classic aesthetic with a modern dial and an external adjustable indicator which also stops the thermometer from rolling on a table. The chopping board comes with a sliding section to make separating items or taking ingredients directly to the pan easy. An elegant carafe features contrasting textures and a practical funnel-shape neck which doubles as a handle.
