This iPad cover and Bluetooth keyboard if fully functional, decorated, and made of leather. Designed by Alexandre Echasseriau in collaboration with Pierre Emm, Johan Da Silveira, and Piotr Widelka of Appropriate Audiences, the high-tech accessory is wired, embossed, and inked. The circuits are carefully integrated with the leather so that they are sensitive to the touch, and the embossing makes the design more elegant and tactile overall. Digitally inked by tattoo artist Jéremy Lorenzato, the nautical imagery was created using Tatoué, a hacked 3D printer. Check out the process on Youtube and here on Alexandre Echasseriau’s website.
