Called “Quartz,” this ethereal beauty is actually made of resin and white ash. The translucent resin joins pieces of cut or broken wood, making them whole again in one impressive chair design. A concept by the young Japanese designer Taichi Sekiguchi of ICHI Design Projects, “Quartz” is part of his work to reimagine nature in fantastical forms.
