Haptic Chair by Trine Kjaer

Greet me with one cheek kiss in Argentina, two cheeks in Croatia. Extend a firm handshake in Great Britian, and pull it in for a handshake hug combo in the United States. The way we touch as cultures, or Haptics, delivers itself in a chair of textures. The smooth wooden surfaces lead way to a rough back rest that has been wrapped in a fibrous rope. Experience its fine craftsmanship as you run your hands over the armrests. The lovely, modern silhouette was designed for the enjoyment of all cultures by Trine Kjaer Design Studio.
