Industrial Silence by Marcus Jendretzke

There is a chilling quietness in the Industrial Silence II photograph series by Marcus Jendretzke. We witness the abandonment of a factory subject to the former GDR, or East Germany. So the world groans when humans neglect their responsibilities, and just the same a culture moans in coexistence with similar properties. Something close to reflecting on sadness, although closer yet to relieving freedom.
