Keep your Hops Fresh with Stoneware Growlers

If you love a well-designed product, chances are you can appreciate a good craft beer. But unlike the glass pint you might buy from the bodega or a six pack you share with some buddies during a game, higher-quality brews are traditionally bottled in a growler – a glass, ceramic, or stainless steel jug that’ll keep your fine ale as fresh as can be. Orange Vessel Company does just that with their sleek Stoneware Growlers; with a 64 oz capacity and simple modern form, the design is finally good enough for our favorite brews.

Conceived during a drunken epiphany in Upstate New York, the vessels grew from a realization that glass growlers were not the best they could be: “unlike glass growlers, stoneware growlers are completely impervious to light, meaning that your beer will never suffer from the negative effects of UV light – which even happens to brown bottles.” The clever design is incredibly easy to use (even if you’ve had one too many), made with an ergonomic handle for carrying and pouring, all topped off with a classic hinged bottle cap so Orange will keep your stout tasting – and looking – its best. The product hails from Central Ohio where the vessels are hand poured in small batches “with the same pride, commitment, and love local brewers have for their craft.” Orange Vessels demonstrate a dedication to design, tradition, and enjoying a cold one.
