Lego Office by Rosan Bosch

Lego PMD in Billund, Denmark is the office where its developers work on creating new products, this exact purpose inspired Danish designers Rosan Bosch and Rune Fjord to build a 21,500 square foot space not only for serious business but also encourages creativity and fun. An aerial walkaway is covered by blue padding to resemble a puffy loud, cartoonish oversized graphics are all over the wall including one of the Lego man, and a lush bonsai garden is built into the tables. In order to understand Lego’s pint-sized customers better, there’s even a slide inside the office, the idea is to evoke employees the same sense of wonder that illuminates childhood. Compete with meeting rooms and podiums that are available to employees when they want to get serious. As its designers said “Where does work stop and imagination start?” This is the perfect representation of a healthy and productive mix.
