A Lounge Chair Built for Comfort and Warmth

Designed by Hanna Litwin and Romin Heide of FAMOS Office for Design, this sweater-like lounge chair is covered with merino and cotton. The 100% merino wool padding is knitted and felted for comfort and warmth, as each round of wool massages the user and retains body heat. Attractive and functional, the chair has a jewel-green underside and a yellow zip-pocket on the back. Underneath, the wooden base combines a beech seat shell with legs of ash, providing sturdy, sustainable support that’s just plain handsome. Made without synthetics, which degrade the environment and complicate the job of cleaning upholstery, the cover can be easily removed and washed in one’s home.
