Blue Bottle

Named after the first coffee shop opened in Vienna in the 17th century, Blue Bottle Coffee has the same goal as the original, which is to bring great coffee to its customers. The first US Blue Bottle opened its doors in California in the early 2000s, but now you can get the same aromatic cups of coffee in New York and even in Tokyo. Good to know: the coffee is sold within 48 hours of leaving the roaster, so it has the optimum flavor. Save
