One of my greatest regrets was the need to find a new home for a previous foosball table I owned, requiring the great lumbering thing to be excavated out of a new apartment. If only there was a way to simply fold up something so large for future storage—an ambition that has been fulfilled by Kartoni, creating the first fully recyclable foosball game. Molded from mainly cardboard and sustainable wood, Kartoni’s foosball remarkably ships as a flat object, yet includes a smartphone cradle and its own smartphone app to personalize the various kickers. The ability to call something normally so obstructive a portable, environmentally conscious product is a sterling solution for those of us who want an affordable foosball table in cramped living spaces.
