The first bean-to-bar chocolate company in Vietnam, Marou, Faiseurs de Chocolat, is conscious about the multisensory impact of chocolate. The two French chocolatiers fused Vietnamese ingredients with their French training to produce a confection that offers both visual delight and a treat for your taste buds. Each bar is packaged in a wrapper analogous to the colorful patterning on the beans, and is accented with gold details. The varieties of green, brilliant red, and bright aqua – all of which can appear on the bean’s marbled outer shell – leave you wanting to collect one of each. The unique notes of tanginess or warmth also vary depending on the composition of each bar, further encouraging a delectable sampling of every kind.
