Mission By Sotirios Papadopoulos For Bottega Progetto

Designed with a subtle futuristic vibe, the Mission furniture range provides a creative and stylish alternative to other cabinets on the market. The design looks distinctive and even artistic. But that comes as no surprise, since the creator is Sotirios Papadopoulos, an architect and designer who previously made the striking ‘glow in the dark’ Full Moon cabinet. Part of the “Limited Editions” collection by Italian brand Bottega Progetto, the Mission cabinets combine traditional craftsmanship and premium quality materials with a fresh aesthetic. “To succeed in your mission, you must have a unique devotion to your goal, be the ‘difference’ and reconsider the rules,” says Sotirios Papadopoulos. “A container is not just a box to fill objects, but it is a new point of view,” he adds.

Handcrafted in Italy from solid oak and steel, the cabinets also come with semi-opaque glass doors that soften the vibrancy of the bright red interior. Used as a single unit or in a modular set, the design add a sophisticated accent to modern living spaces, becoming a focal point in any décor. But if you want one, keep in mind that only 50 units will be produced. Photo credits: Bottega Progetto.
