Modern Italian Loft in Magnago by Buratti Architetti

Recently completed in 2015, the interior of this Magnago home, Loft PAR, was designed by Buratti Architetti. The ground level includes an open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen, and the lofted area secludes a home office or study. Each of these spaces is furnished with modern pieces such as UP and DAW chairs designed by Gaetano Pesce and Charles & Ray Eames, respectively. At the center of the room is a sculptural staircase that connects the two levels. The upper portion is crafted from black metal and the lower platform is made of naturally finished wood. Beautiful and functional, the base also features built-in storage and reflects light coming in from the large windows and sliding glass doors.
