Ni-jo Sandals By Jasper Morrison

After launching the inspiring LEPIC kitchen range at last year’s Milan Design Week, Jasper Morrison introduced a strikingly different product for the 2017 event. The Ni-jo Sandals are designed for Camper as part of the brand’s Together campaign. Collaborating with international designers, the company aims to release distinctive products that blend thoughtful design and premium quality materials. The sandals follow on the footsteps of several previous collaborations between Morrison and Camper.

Taking inspiration from the traditional Japanese tatami mats, the sandals have a minimalist and clean design. They’re perfect for the upcoming summer months. Both the men’s and women’s versions feature crossover straps, a white rubber outsole and a natural tatami insole. While the men’s sandals have velcro straps, the women’s boast a practical slip-on design. Launched at the Milan Design Week 2017, the Ni-jo Sandals will make their way onto the official website in muted red, green and white colors. Photo credits: Jasper Morrison and Camper.
