Nomadic Chair by Jorge Penadés

We are connecting in ways we never imagined with the Nomadic Chair by Spanish designer Jorge Penadés. The fragments hook up in a cinch without any use of screw, nails or glues. Simply assemble the seat using colorful joint braces. Strap this puppy to your back and off to the ends of the earth you go. Available in pale green, bright blue, or red.  The artist explains its purpose, “luxury is not anymore a matter of comfort. nowadays, luxury is to be able to decide where you want to have a moment of peace, a chance to escape from hectic activity of contemporary lifestyles.”
