Office Underneath Garden by Daniel Fugenschuh

Underneath the roots of a flourishing garden resides an underground haven where contemporary comforts flows into a space built for work and production. Architect Daniel Fugenschuh designed this concept after he converted a 1914 dated townhouse into a work/live studio in Innsbruck, Austria. Since then, he’s expanded the space by building a new office under the townhouse garden. A skylight was placed at the back of the house with the garden just above to provide natural lighting into the home. The stairs and gallery were crafted in a local larch wood bringing in a warm ambiance into the space. The high-quality façade, office light fittings and furniture define an atelier-like vibe into the components of the home.
