Perfect your Microbrew with the MiniBrew

It seems like these days people’s taste in beer has become as specified as their taste in coffee. But while a connoisseur can brew his or her perfect cup of mud with relative ease, it’s always been an involved process to microbrew beer. This all could change thanks to the MiniBrew; an all-in-one brewery around the size of a coffee maker. The product brings micro brewing into the 21st century, helping even a novice find the perfect beer to suit his or her tastes. The process starts with a dedicated app, available on smartphones and tablets, where one creates a profile and uses an algorithm to determine what tastes he or she gravitates towards, and what kind of beer he or she would like to brew. The data is crunched, and gives out an ingredient list that you can buy directly through the app for your brewing needs. Once the ingredients are delivered, the MiniBrew works almost autonomously, using built-in sensors to guide the mashing, heating, cooling and fermentation processes. The first three phases take around 3 and a half hours before reaching fermentation, which then takes at least a week. But after that, five liters of your own crafted beer will be ready to go. One of the best parts is that the unit in which the beer ferments doubles as a carryable keg, allowing users to skip the tedious bottling step if they so choose. Also, the app is able to save all the recipes one tries, allowing for successful brews to be reordered and encouraging new recipes for users to try out. So if the beer list at your local pub is too long or too homogenous, this might be the solution you’ve been drinking for.
