Launching Thursday, April 30, 2015, the Natural State is an earthy new sneaker from the Californian brands CLAE and Publish. Inspired by Joshua Tree National Park, the reinterpreted court shoe (a Gregory SP style) is as warm-looking as a desert with its vegetable-tanned leather construction. The low-tops feature perforated and reversed leather detailing for breathability and a sandy texture. Co-branded on the insole, the shoes are part of a limited-edition run of just 500 pairs. Each purchase comes wrapped in a custom-made bandana which shows its West Coast inspiration, printed with an elevation map of Joshua Tree.
