Recycled Pellet Pavilion by Avatar Architettura

Reminding me of a gigantic bee hive, the prefabricated Recycled Pallet Pavilion is an excellent representation of both astonishing art and great architecture. Italian firm Avatar Architettura designed this 100 square foot structure out of diamond shaped pellets that are held together by custom-made joints. It was wrapped in transparent PVC to allow people to look out and has an opaque roof above. This amazing structure is a temporary art installation for the Villa Romana at the German Institute of Culture in Florence and can be taken down quickly making it easy to move from place to place.
