Solar Powered Current Table

View all 7 Photos

Created by Dutch designer Mathijs Labadie in collaboration with Solaronix, the Current Table charges one’s electronics with solar energy. Unlike standard solar panels, the design’s translucent orange surface collects sunlight indoors, through a window. The innovative furnishing has a triangular base made of wood, balancing the boldly colored tabletop with a simple, natural based. See the design put to use on Vimeo.
