Spacecutter Renovates Brooklyn

A complete Brooklyn renovation by Spacecutter transformed this 1800s tenement into a beautiful retreat. It was a complete gut, the overwhelming project was taken on by the owners who are also the architects. The plan was to demolish all interior walls of the third floor, to add a fourth floor with roof patio space, and to tack on the rear of the building a brand new addition. They implemented NYC first ever housed ventilated COR-TEN rain screen envelope.  Decor on the interior matches the glittering surfaces. An amazing custom wood table stretches across the dining space in all its splendor. Every last detail of the finished product is something extraordinary.  Certainly a dream into motion.
