Years ago Sweden utilized bicycles to deliver packages and correspondence. The industrial design team at People People reproduced a similar frame in the Spiran Bicycle. Spiran is Swedish for “scepter” to match his close relative the Kronan which means “crown.” Quiet lines extend ahead of the handle bars into a spiffy rack great for hulling a crate of spirits, perfect for strapping a load of groceries. The saddle wears a beautiful leather cover branded with its name written in a soft font proceeding the scepter icon. Lightweight and slick this number is built for the urban bad ass to zip from point A to point B in thin racing tires. There’s one smooth speed…fast…thanks to the carbon fiber belt as opposed to a greasy, fussy chain. Thinking of everything the basket also hosts an integrated bike lock.
