Swiss Automatic by Fossil

View all 4 Photos

Moving from the casual to the dressier, Fossil picks up some tricks from the Swiss with the Swiss Automatic. Replacing the typical Chinese quartz movement will be a Swiss-made ticker crafted with 26 jewels. Despite this upgrade, Fossil remains a choice for a wide audience through its offering of either a stainless steel finish or a case of a sophisticated rose-gold. For the final punctuation to an already complex sentence, the watch dial is garnished with an AR-coated sapphire crystal. Perhaps this climb toward greener – in this case, shinier and pricier – pastures is a timely change, with the Automatic supported by two similar models (Ronda 5030D and Ronda 517) that also feature the power of the Swiss.
