“The Gallant Rogue” FW14 Fashions from GoodPeople

New from the Dutch brand GoodPeople, “The Gallant Rogue” is a fall and winter clothing collection inspired by Jack Kerouac’s visit to Italy in the 1960s. Riffing on Italian influences and the bad-boy-who-reads look, the styles are made of Merino wool and cut so they accessorize well with a flask and a bow tie. Many of the knitwear layers are made of hand-picked, garment-dyed Merino Resinato, an especially fine variation on one of the world’s softest wools. The resulting pieces have a sporting yet refined look that’s right at home in a fast car or behind the mic at a poetry reading.
