The MINIMOD Prefab Module

View all 4 Photos

The MINIMOD is a prefab module designed by MAPA architects. Favoring a contemporary and naturalist aesthetic, the design pairs a black steel frame with oiled wood and large windows. A single unit can serve as a small home. When multiplied, the modules can make up a public complex. Installation is customized based on the buyer’s vision and budget, and layouts can be changed over time. Photography by Leonardo Finotti
