New from Linus this spring, the Libertine is a classic road bike for budget-conscious cyclists. The bicycle is outfitted with fenders, rack mounts, a double-butted 4130 cromoly frame, a crown-lugged 4130 chromoly fork, a polished alloy stem, a road drop bar, a forged aluminum double crankset, a forged and polished alloy seat post, Tektro aero brake levers, Tektro dual pivot caliper brakes, Shimano indexed Downtube shifters, a Shimano Claris eight-speed, Jagwire silver weave brake cable housing, double-walled alloy rims with stainless steel spokes, and Vittoria Randonneur tires with reflective striping. Available in four frame sizes, the 16-speed bike has something for almost everyone. The design comes in “blue steel,” a sky-like color to complement the silvery steel and aluminum parts and brown microfiber taping. Prices start at $939.
