Solar Bell is architecture in the sky using the latest in sustainable wind technology. Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno envisions a future where designs take flight, as in this 5 meter tall sculpture made of reflective panels and lightweight carbon fiber tubing. His goal is to facilitate a much grander scale where people can stand within the structure hovering over the earth by more than 60 meters.
