Van Heesch’s Dutch Inspired Metallic Bicycles

Aging gracefully. I hope someone says that about me when I’ve become over ripe in my golden years. These classic Dutch model bikes designed by Bart Van Heesch  have such a destiny written for them. All the parts of the bicycle have been dipped into a liquid metal of copper, brass and zinc. These properties will only beautify with time. He says, “I used the archetypal bike. This model hasn’t changed for 100 years and for me its still the best city bike in Holland. It’s sturdy design means that nothing will be broken and if it is then it’s easy to repair.”
