Vinylize Eyewear

Vinylize Eyewear upcycles vinyl records into glasses. Driven by conservation, vinyl love, and style, the company began in 2004, and its first collection was made from communist propaganda found at a flea market. Today, most of their pieces derive from music records. All pieces are handmade in Hungary by Tipton Eyeworks, where the vinyl is collected and fused with biodegradable cellulose-acetate in order to make the frames heat-resistant. A fine gift for any music nerd or environmentalist, Vinylize Eyewear comes in a variety of bold designs and is shipped in reused boxes. Want to learn more?
