Vinylize Eyewear upcycles vinyl records into glasses. Driven by conservation, vinyl love, and style, the company began in 2004, and its first collection was made from communist propaganda found at a flea market. Today, most of their pieces derive from music records. All pieces are handmade in Hungary by Tipton Eyeworks, where the vinyl is collected and fused with biodegradable cellulose-acetate in order to make the frames heat-resistant.
