Vloed Fruit Bowl by Studio Segers

View all 4 Photos

Designed by Belgium’s Studio Segers, the Vloed is a wooden fruit tray shaped like a river. The tray’s channel seamlessly meanders through three square sections, which allow one to divide the tray throughout the house or to separate kinds of fruit within the same display. Throughout all three parts, the concave riverbed is left natural and the flat banks are painted in white, a contrast which brings added attention to the design’s rustic wood grain. Altogether, the Vloed serves as a minimalist yet dynamic table piece, flowing naturalism and movement into one’s dining area.
