Since the 1970s, Italian brand C.P. Company has introduced a range of innovative products and textile dyeing techniques. Made with a blend of Italian fabric innovation, military textile research, and function-led design, the company’s collections offered the perfect combination of durability and urban style. Designed by Moreno Ferrari in 1998, the C.P. Company Metropolis jacket became one of the brand’s most popular products. Indeed, the jacket has been in continuous production since its debut. The company has now introduced a modern twist on the design. Named Dyneema Metropolis, this jacket keeps the features and style of the original, but comes with a cutting-edge material.
The high-strength Dyneema® textile has a strength-to-weight ratio that surpasses that of steel by almost eight times. While incredibly strong and durable, the composite material is lightweight and resilient. The textile is weather-proof as well as quick-drying, offering protection against harsh weather conditions and keeping the user warm. Furthermore, an integrated face mask adds an essential layer of protection and convenience.
