AMM Architects

Girona, Spain

The AMM Architects practice was founded over twenty years ago by Antoni Sánchez-Fortún Ripoll, Manel Bosch i Aragó, and Montserrat Nogués i Teixidor. All three have studied architecture in the 70s and 80s at a time when modern Catalan architecture was beginning to bloom. As a result, the studio combines both innovation and creativity with a familiar contemporary style which can be found throughout the region, all infused with a sense of tradition. For each project, the practice finds unique and creative solutions to suit a particular space, whether it’s a residence or a public building, always keeping the character of the structure in mind. AMM Architects completes various types of projects, from cultural and industrial buildings to residential and public urban spaces.
