Award-winning architect Blaze Makoid completed his studies at the Rhode Island School of Design in 1985. He started practicing design and architecture immediately after graduation. In 2001, he established his eponymous firm. Based in Bridgehampton, NY, Blaze Makoid Architecture specializes in high-end weekend homes. The firm’s residential architecture projects are often built in exclusive locations and in spectacular natural landscapes. Refined and modern, the studio’s work also puts a focus on sustainable design and on anchoring new structures to their setting via contemporary twists on vernacular design cues. Blaze Makoid Architecture has received many national and international awards, including the Philadelphia AIA Honor Award for Excellence. Publications that have featured the firm’s work include Architectural Digest, Hamptons Cottage & Gardens, Ocean Home, and The New York Times.

Visual Production Interns – the role is focused on photography, design, photo-editing, image curation, and other visual media.
Editorial Interns – the role requires classic editorial skills, from writing and basic editing to research and reportage.
