The Limited-Edition M5 Marble Daybed

Furniture Design
Born in Paris, designer Francesco Balzano originally wanted to become an artist before deciding to focus on architecture. After graduating from the Penninghen School of Art Direction and Interior Architecture, he traveled through Italy, photographing classic and modernist architecture along the way. Later, he established his own design firm in Paris. In his work, Francesco Balzano explores the power of simplicity and the ultimate sophistication of minimalist design. Using noble materials like marble, bronze, and wood, he creates timeless, sculptural designs. The designer makes custom and limited-edition pieces for art and design galleries around the world. Francesco Balzano is represented in the USA and Canada by Studio Twentyseven, in Paris by Kolkhoze, and in Stockholm by Perspective.
