The Fascinating Work of Italian Artist Gaetano di Gregorio

Born in 1972 in Catania, Sicily, Gaetano Di Gregorio moved to Venice to study architecture. Along with a group of other artists, he co-founded the Spiazzi cultural center of visual arts and design in 2003. Working with ceramics, the artist creates sculptural objects and creative home accessories that blend architecture, art, and design. Gaetano Di Gregorio’s creative process often involves exploring poetic concepts of memory and place and the juxtaposition of different styles and materials. His work has been published and exhibited around the world, including in Italy, at SaloneSatellite at the Milan Furniture Fair, Germany, USA, and Brazil. Gaetano Di Gregorio is based in Venice where he currently teaches Interior Design at IED.

Editorial Interns – the role requires classic editorial skills, from writing and basic editing to research and reportage.
